PHI2010 introduces students to philosophical theories, questions, and perspectives found in the study of epistemology, metaphysics, ethics, political philosophy, and the philosophy of religion. In order to pass PHI2010, students must demonstrate college-level writing skills through multiple assignments; therefore the course meets the definition of a writing-intensive Gordon Rule course as per State BOE Rule 6A-10.030.
