Interpersonal Communication examines the communication processes between people. It looks at personality types, self image, personal identity, and communicating one on one, in groups, and in society. The course focuses on messages and meaning , verbal and nonverbal feedback, listening skills, communication barriers and breakdowns, decision making, problem solving, influence, and persuasion. The course also looks at the dynamics of emotions, gender differences, and challenges in relationships. |
